Strategy: permitted development rights
The Heathrow investment comprised of three freehold office buildings of 75,000 square feet on Status Business Park. One block was fully rented and the other two were vacant. Permitted development rights were granted to change the status of the two vacant buildings to residential. This set a precedent for the third; the site was sold after just four months.
