Strategy: change of use to residential and planning enhancement
The Old Kent Road investment comprised of a nineteenth century industrial building used as a garage and car workshop with two Victorian terraced residential properties. The strategy was to demolish the existing property to create forty-two apartments with parking and communal amenity spaces. Full planning was granted after eleven months and it was exited four months later.
