Strategy: residential planning expansion and enhancing industrial space
The Hanwell investment comprises of commercial units spanning across a 1.9 acre site, located 10 minutes from a Crossrail station. Residential apartments sit either side of the site with housing behind and the Brent River Park to the front. In 2020, planning was gained for a comprehensive redevelopment with three residential buildings comprising of 205 apartments, 8 town houses and 44,000 square feet of commercial floorspace.
