The Staines-upon-Thames investment comprised of an office block on a 0.6 acre site with associated parking. The building spans 36,000 square feet offering superb river views and is only a short walk to the railway station and the shopping area. There is residential housing behind the site and an office block adjacent. Although the site had various business strategies, during early discussions with the planners a purchaser approached the team. Due to a good price, the site was exited after just four months.
