Strategy: change of use from offices to residential and expansion
The Cheam investment, Anne Boleyn House comprises of an office block that is prominently located in Cheam centre just a short walk to the mainline railway station. It is over 17,000 square feet of self-contained office over the ground and two upper floors with car parking for 38 spaces. The site was fully let until 2021 but vacant possession was gained early in 2020. Planning was gained to convert the loft space into either further offices or residential space. Additional planning expansions were also gained at the back of the building. The site was exited in December 2020 to a developer who planned to develop the planning that was achieved.
