The Direct Lending arm of Eclipse operates on a loan-by-loan basis, allowing for maximum flexibility and discretion. As an asset class, this is an area that can grow globally and provide wholesale investors with an opportunity to invest capital and received fixed income yields across the capital stack.

Eclipse focuses on senior debt, lending up to 75% of the value of the asset, secured by the asset itself as well as any other collateral, which preserves capital in the case of any unforeseen event.

Each investment is secured via a fixed-charge over the asset, and each borrower is evaluated against the rigorous criteria of our investment committee. This ensures a clear exit strategy to each and every investment whilst also offering genuine value with returns in the region of 8-15%*.
