Eclipse does not have a set criteria on potential borrowers which allows for flexibility to evaluate the loan based on the strength of the asset itself. This provides borrowers with a more tailored decision, dependent on the unique circumstances of each transaction.

The approval process will can take between 2 days and three weeks; this is dependent on the complexity of the loan, whether there is an established track record, and the strength of the security.
